🔄 Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! Since all of our products are made-to-order through our fulfillment partner Printful, we have specific return and refund policies to ensure fairness and transparency.

📦 Made-to-Order Items

Each product is custom printed just for you after you place your order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, including:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect address provided

Please double-check your order details before placing your order!

🚨 Issues with Your Order?

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, we’ll make it right.

✅ We offer a free replacement or full refund if:

  • The product is damaged or defective

  • There’s a printing error

  • The item was lost in transit (after confirmation with the carrier)

📩 To request a replacement or refund:

  1. Contact us at vandalstore9@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include:

    • A clear photo of the issue

    • Your order number

    • A brief description of the problem

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

🚫 Returns Not Accepted

Because items are printed on demand, we do not accept returns for the following:

  • Incorrect size or color ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Delayed delivery due to carrier or customs

  • Minor variations in print placement or color (due to the print-on-demand process)

📬 Wrong Address?

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, you’ll be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order after confirming the new address.

🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you ordered the wrong size or item, please place a new order after your refund (if applicable) or after confirming eligibility for a replacement.

💳 Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your claim is approved. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
