🛍 Order Processing

  • All products are fulfilled by our trusted print-on-demand partner, Printful.

  • Orders are processed within 2–7 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a shipping notification with tracking info once it's on the way.


🚚 Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the product type. Typical shipping times are:

Note: These are estimates provided by Printful and may vary during peak seasons or due to customs delays.


🌍 International Shipping

We ship worldwide! However, some countries may charge import taxes, customs duties, or fees upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.


📦 Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.


❗ Delays & Issues

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please understand that shipping delays may occur due to:

  • High order volume (e.g., holidays)

  • COVID-19 or other disruptions

  • Customs clearance delays

If your order seems delayed beyond the expected time frame, feel free to and we’ll look into it!


❌ Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If the package is returned to Printful due to an address issue, you’ll be responsible for the reshipping cost.


📬 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll work with Printful to resolve the issue—either by replacing the item or issuing a refund, depending on the situation.
